Frame measures 52x63mm. No glass, picture is glazed, to maintain, wipe with soft cloth and occasional damp soft cloth only.Acrylic, glazes, lace, modelling medium. Red/black glaze.
I enjoyed painting this particular Iconlady. To see her emerge from the canvas, at once mysterious and at the same time fully formed was exciting. This is a picture that reveals itself in different lights from different angles. The saturated colour is emotional for me. As usual , this Iconlady is comforting too.
This picture is suitable to Post, when I wrap it well.
